Lumenus is looking for a new CEO!

Lumenus offers a broad range of mental health, developmental, autism, and early years intervention services to children, youth, families, and individuals across Toronto. By providing high-quality services in a seamless continuum of care, Lumenus is a new and pragmatic model for integrated and effective service delivery.

The next CEO will propel Lumenus forward to become a model of modern, evidence-based service provision – a system leader and wise influencer of a broad health and community sector transformation. This aspirational mandate, shared by the entire Lumenus Board and team, will be achieved through driving change and integration – internally, in strategically aligning programs and resources and developing innovative approaches to client care, and externally, in building innovative partnerships and  advocating for system-wide transformation across Ontario.

Bringing demonstrable success leading change within a large, complex, multi-service social enterprise with a variety of stakeholders and partners, the next CEO will be a visionary leader and systems thinker who is motivated to achieve the highest standards of care, service, and operational effectiveness. The CEO will have an opportunity to animate, further develop, and deliver on the 2022-2025 strategic plan, while also envisaging and developing ambitious goals for the future. A compelling communicator and entrepreneurial leader, able to build partnerships that turn insight into innovation, the CEO will champion a wider understanding of the challenges and opportunities that individuals and families face – and how a fresh model of service provision can address the intersectionality of needs.

You have earned a profound understanding of the power of system-wide advocacy and change, through creative partnerships, enabling technology, program evaluation and outcome measurement, revenue generation, including fundraising, and government relations. A trusted team leader, you inspire a care and service culture and are deeply committed to advancing the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion. You understand what opportunity has meant to you; thousands of Ontarians also need to be seen, to be heard, and to be well.

Lumenus Community Services is strongly committed to a workforce that reflects the diversity of the populations it serves, and encourages applications from all qualified individuals including applicants from all cultures, racialized communities, abilities, diverse sexual and gender identities, and others who may contribute to the further diversification of ideas. Lumenus is committed to a selection process and work environment that is inclusive and barrier-free.
