Resource Clinic (Appointment Only) – 1:00-3:00

Virtual or in-person clinic hours are available.

The Resource Clinic provides families who are registered under the OAP with the opportunity to meet with an Intake and Family Support Coordinator one-to-one. An Intake and Family Support Coordinator can assist you with navigating and answering questions you have about supports and services available.

In-person appointments are available at 65 Hartsdale Dr., Etobicoke, ON, M9R 2S8.
