Funding Form Support: ACSD & SSAH (In-Person) – 1:00-3:00

This workshop will be facilitated IN PERSON at 65 Hartsdale Dr., Etobicoke, Ontario. Childcare is not provided.

This workshop is designed to guide parents/caregivers step-by-step through the process of completing both the Special Services at Home (SSAH) and the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) application forms.

Please Note: This workshop is intended for parents/caregivers that will be applying to SSAH and/or ACSD for the first time. Application forms will be provided to families that do not already have them.
