Resource Clinic Day (in-person) – 1:00-3:00

The Resource Clinic provides families who are registered under the OAP with the opportunity to meet with an Intake and Family Support Coordinator one-to-one. An Intake and Family Support Coordinator can assist you with navigating and answering questions you have about supports and services available.

In-person appointments are available at 155 McNicoll Ave., Toronto, ON M2H 2C1.
