Funding Form Support: SSAH and ACSD 10:00-12:00

This workshop is designed to guide parents/caregivers step-by-step through the process of completing both the Special Services at Home (SSAH) and the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) application forms. Please Note: This workshop is intended for parents/caregivers that will be applying to SSAH and/or ACSD for the first time. Application forms will be provided to families that do not already have them.
