Embody YOGA
It is that time of year again! Please join us this year for our Embody YOGA and wellness event. Embody YOGA is an accessible fundraiser for families and individuals of all ages. Participants help to raise money for Lumenus by collecting pledges as an individual or as part of a team.
Too few children, parents, youth and young adults get the mental health and developmental help they need when they need it.
Your support allows Lumenus to continue removing the barriers for our clients and to offer a broad range of high quality mental health, developmental, autism and early years intervention services to the children, youth, families, and individuals who need them across Toronto. With your help, our light is always on.
Help us reach our goal of $145,000. Join us today for our Embody YOGA and wellness event and support Lumenus so that we can continue to ensure that all clients can be seen, be heard and be well.

Date: Sunday, March 30th, 2025
Time: 8:00am to 11:00am
Location: MLSE Launchpad (259 Jarvis St, Toronto, ON M5B 2C2)
To help fundraise for our 2025 Embody YOGA and wellness event:
- Individuals must raise a minimum of $125
- Teams of 8 must raise a minimum of $1,250
- All Participants that raise a minimum of $125 will receive a free yoga mat and a swag bag!

Children ages 4 and below need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the children’s yoga area.
What to expect at the event:
We will have activities for all fitness levels, including active yoga, yin yoga, a dedicated children’s yoga class, a mindfulness and wellness area, and a photobooth. Lumenus will also provide a light, boxed meal for all our event participants.
Our silent auction will open on March 3rd, 2025 at and will close on March16, 2025. You can see our silent auction prizes.
