About This Service
When home, school, or community challenges make it difficult to maintain stability, a supportive living environment can provide the structure and care needed to move forward. Lumenus’ Live-In Treatment Program offers youth and adults a safe, respectful, and therapeutic place to live, grow, and build independence.

The program helps clients develop the skills, confidence, and support networks they need to improve daily functioning, strengthen relationships, and work toward their personal goals.
Through a variety of licensed live-in treatment locations across Toronto, clients receive individualized support in a structured, home-like environment staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Providing varying levels of support to meet unique needs, including social, emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges. Clients are supported by dedicated child and youth workers, support workers, social workers, and consulting clinicians who help them develop life skills, build constructive relationships, and increase independence. Family and caregiver involvement is encouraged whenever appropriate, and community engagement is supported to help clients build meaningful connections and successfully transition toward greater independence and well-being.
