Occupational Therapy may support skills related to fine motor development, self-care (such as dressing and feeding), sensory processing, emotional regulation, play, and participation in daily routines. Services begin with a 1–1.25 hour assessment conducted by a registered Occupational Therapist (OT). During this session, the OT will learn about your child’s strengths, needs, and daily routines, and work with you to identify priority goals.
Based on the assessment, a personalized therapy plan is developed.Based on the assessment, a personalized therapy play is developed. Ongoing sessions are delivered by a trained professional. Services are individualized, goal-focused, and aligned with your child’s development.
