Lumenus Community Services is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested vendors and publicly, inviting them to submit proposals to provide an Integrated Phone System with installation, configuration, training, and support services.

The RFP has been initiated as a standard procurement procedure to meet the requirements of the
Government of Ontario’s Broader Public Sector Accountability Act and its associated directives and in
accordance with Lumenus’ Procurement Policy.
